Costco in Korea

This weekend some of us foreigners decided to go to Costco. Oh yes Costco has reached Korea. The problem was Costco is about a three hour train ride away. So six of us waygooks (foreigners) caught a train with our oversized suitcases and started our journey to costco.
The train ride went by rather fast and once we arrived I was in heaven. I forgot how much I missed western food. Rich and I filled our cart full of yummy Western food. I think we spent 60.00 in cereal only. Our happiness soon faded once the cashier rang up our total and it was just over 400.00.
We then had to pack our suitcases with all this food and things started to get a little frustrating. We had bought so much food, it took forever to fit it in our two huge bags. Eventually we figured out the puzzle and we were on our way back to the train station. Needless to say we were causing a rather large scene with huge bags filled with food. We waited about 2 hours for the train to arrive and during that time we were approached by a Korean Jehovah witness, a creepy Korean man, and several people just wondering what the hell we were doing. (none of these people spoke English)
The train finally came and we made it back to our little fishing town and had to walk about 15minutes back to our house. This was the worst part. My suite case was so heavy and I am so weak I was having a bitch of a time carrying it. Mostly because my elbow is still screwed up from when I dislocated it last year snow boarding. Anyway, I could not carry it anymore because I thought my arm was going to fall off. So Rich decided he was super man and tried to carry both mine and his bag, he did pretty good, but I still had to help him. lol
We finally made it home and the world was normally again.
